Incredible Country !

Puskar

I miss everything about this vibrant country, just everything, things which have been annoying for some foreigners when they come in India!

Those heat and sun on the morning, those tea shops on the sidewalks, those populated trains and buses, those tiring noises of horns, those cows and dogs on the road, those guys stare at you...this all may be irritating for some people but I really miss them.

I miss rickshaw on the roads or those unsafe driving of the local buses .
I miss those conversations with  Hindus - Muslims, funny gods like Ganesha, Vishnu, Shiva...I miss Ayurveda (ancient science of Indian herbal medicine)...

I miss those tranquil Jainism temples or feisty festivals, those overcrowded ghats on the Ganges River in Benares, those erotic temples - Khajaruho, those surrounding bazaars in Pahar Ganj.
I miss the sight of the play on the marble of the Taj Mahal, those heavenly beaches in Neil Island, the ancient fortress of Jaisalmer, those peacefull towns Puskar or Udaipur...

I miss Kerala's languorous backwaters, those tamil temples, those extravagant Maharaj'as Palaces, those wafts of incense...I miss "saari" with beautiful colours, women with noise - piercings, generous Sikh's peoples...

I miss Chaï Chaï, Puri (is deep - fried dough), paneer (unfermented cheese), cheese naams, paan, tandoori chicken or curry mutton very various spicy, thali (for vegetarians peoples), banana lassi, mango fresh juice, dahi (curd) or raïta,

I have never felt this, and i feel more strongly now !
I like this busy country and I just want to come back!
